Advisor to American, European, Asian, and Australian global, regional Executive Boards of Fortune 500 and private (equity backed) companies. I supported these board with optimizing organizational performance, increasing leader and leadership team effectiveness, guiding, coaching & developing their teams (LOB, regional, country management, functional) towards the strategy and culture / values of the company, across countries, cultures. Towards clients were brand names such as Bosch Siemens Home Appliances, GE Healthcare, IMCD, Wacker Chemicals, Electrolux, Thermo-Fisher, and Friesland Campina.
Served between 1995-2014 with some of the world’s largest American and English publicly listed firms in Specialized Finance Recruitment, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting such as Robert Half, PageGroup and Korn Ferry. I was given international Management/ Leadership opportunities to lead, change and influence business outcomes at division-, branch-, country-, LOB-, and regional EMEA/ APAC level, member of global, regional EMEA /APAC and Country Management teams.
Lived between 2007-2016, outside The Netherlands, in Singapore, Germany and Switzerland.
MSc degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam (1995).
